Peppermint is an aromatic that is almost always consumed raw. Its leaves have a penetrating, almost balsamic perfume that is reminiscent of mint but is softer and sweeter. It is very popular in the preparation of drinks but also in lamb stews, etc.
Harvest before flowering to dry its leaves. It can be pruned continuously for use in the kitchen. It can be transplanted when it is about 6-8 cm. If it is grown in a pot , it is recommended to give about 20 liters of capacity.
