Small, very hot peppers that lend the kick to the famous hot sauce. Originally from Mexico-and taking its name from a Mexican state-this small, they are very hot peppers. The plants can grow tall and are covered with the petite light yellow-green to red fruits. Harvest about 80 days after transplant.
