Kohl Rabi may look like a vegetable from outer space, but it is easy to grown and quite delicious! Eat the swollen stems, which are best harvested when no bigger than a cricket ball.

A fast maturing variety with large, dense, white bulbs with intense aniseed flavour that are delicious roasted or sliced thinly and used raw in salads. Use the young, ferny foliage in salads and as flavouring.
