Potted Sweet Neem (Indian Curry).

Curry leaf also known as, Daun Kari, Sweet neem. (Murraya koenigii)is frequently used to add flavor and enhance the aroma of Thai or Indian dishes. It releases a deliciously nutty aroma when fried in hot oil. Order this aromatic shrub for your culinary uses! Compound, odd-pinnate leaves are composed shiny, dark green, lance-shaped leaflets. Leaves are highly aromatic when rubbed or crushed.
Mature curry plant produces white, funnel-shaped, 5-lobed flowers with sweet fragrance. Flowers are arranged in clusters (called as cyme) at the terminal. Thrives in full sun or partial shade. Check regularly and water as needed. Water thoroughly when the potting medium turns slightly dry to touch. Grows best in fertile, well-drained soil. Trim the diseased, withered leaves once a month to encourage new growth.
